Video visit
A real-time appointment with a participating licensed clinician using secure video technology.

Presendia TeleVisit Connect
A planned connection between participating patients, licensed healthcare organizations, pharmacies, and lawful medication-delivery options. Presendia coordinates the workflow; qualified professionals provide the care.
Flexible access
A real-time appointment with a participating licensed clinician using secure video technology.
A voice appointment when permitted by the clinician, organization, applicable law, and the patient’s care needs.
A patient-friendly experience designed to work from a compatible phone, tablet, or computer.
Connected, not replaced
The patient selects an available participating healthcare organization and an appropriate visit option.
The clinician conducts the visit and remains solely responsible for medical judgment, diagnosis, and treatment decisions.
When clinically appropriate, the clinician uses the organization’s authorized EHR or e-prescribing service—not Presendia—to transmit the prescription.
The clinic and pharmacy can identify where the workflow is waiting, why it is blocked, and who owns the next action.
The patient sees plain-language status messages and, where available, coordinates pickup or lawful delivery with the pharmacy.
Safety and responsibility
Patients experiencing an emergency should call 911 or use appropriate local emergency services.
Presendia does not diagnose, prescribe, choose medication, approve refills, or replace a licensed clinician’s judgment.
Authorized clinicians use their existing EHR or e-prescribing infrastructure. Presendia tracks the surrounding workflow.
Medication delivery, identity checks, payment, counseling, and geographic restrictions remain the responsibility of the licensed pharmacy and approved delivery providers.
The initial pilot will not support controlled-substance prescribing or delivery workflows.
Do not enter real patient information until Presendia completes required legal, privacy, security, vendor, and operational approvals.
