What this website accepts
Only general business and adult contact information, organization details, geographic market, and non-clinical workflow interests needed to review a founding-pilot inquiry.
What this website does not accept
- Patient names, dates of birth, addresses, record numbers, or identifiers.
- Medications, prescriptions, diagnoses, treatment, insurance, or payment information.
- Controlled-substance information or dispensing instructions.
- Medical questions, emergencies, or requests for care.
Current safeguards
Applications are submitted through an encrypted web connection, stored in a protected service database, and reviewed through an owner-restricted administrative area. We limit the form fields, validate submissions, use anti-abuse controls, and avoid collecting clinical information. No safeguard eliminates all risk.
HIPAA status
This discovery website is not represented as a HIPAA-compliant clinical platform and does not provide a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Before handling PHI, Presendia Health must complete its legal role analysis, security risk assessment, required policies and agreements, vendor review, access controls, audit capabilities, incident response, and applicable state and pharmacy-law review.
State-by-state release control
No real patient, prescription, payment, or clinical functionality is approved for use in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia. Discovery applications and fictional demonstrations may be available nationally, but each jurisdiction remains disabled until its privacy, breach-notification, pharmacy, prescribing, professional-licensing, contracting, and security requirements have been reviewed and approved in writing by qualified counsel and Presendia Health.
National launch boundary
Presendia Health will not treat federal HIPAA work as a substitute for state law. A state may be activated only after both the federal baseline and that jurisdiction's separate legal release checklist are complete. Tennessee and Kentucky may be reviewed first, but neither is cleared for clinical use today.
