Founding network
Application & Pilot Terms
Effective September 9, 2026. These terms cover founding-network and pilot applications; a separate signed agreement is required before operational participation.
1. Eligibility and authority
Business applicants must be at least 18 and authorized to submit information for the organization identified. Patient-interest applicants must be at least 18 and may submit only their own general contact information.
2. Application only
An application is nonbinding and does not create a partnership, agency, employment, franchise, exclusivity, referral arrangement, or clinical relationship. Presendia Health may accept, decline, prioritize, pause, or end discussions at its discretion.
3. Free founding-network enrollment
Where described as free, enrollment means no fee for the discovery-stage network application and evaluation. It does not guarantee that future software, transactions, integrations, support, or commercial services will be free. Any paid service requires clear pricing and a separate agreement before charges begin.
4. No clinical or payment activity
This stage permits no real patients, PHI, prescriptions, medication details, controlled-substance activity, payment processing, claims, dispensing instructions, or live medication-status workflows. Demonstrations must use fictional information only.
5. No guarantees
Presendia Health does not guarantee patient volume, referrals, pharmacy participation, clinic participation, savings, reimbursement, coverage, revenue, launch dates, uptime, interoperability, or regulatory approval.
6. Confidentiality and publicity
Applicants must not disclose confidential materials received from Presendia Health. Presendia Health will not use an applicant’s name, logo, testimonial, or participation status publicly without permission. A later mutual confidentiality agreement may replace this section.
7. Feedback and records
You may provide workflow feedback without patient information. Presendia Health may use general feedback to develop the service. Application information will be handled under the Website Privacy Notice.
8. Operational gate
Before any clinical pilot begins, the parties must complete appropriate legal, privacy, security, pharmacy, insurance, integration, and contracting review. Required documents may include service agreements, business associate agreements, data-use terms, security review, incident procedures, and professional approvals.
9. Withdrawal and contact
Either side may end discovery discussions at any time. To withdraw an application, email support@presendiahealth.com.
