Website Terms of Use
Effective September 9, 2026. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Development-stage website
The site presents a developing business concept and accepts non-clinical pilot inquiries. Features, availability, pricing, territories, and timelines may change. Nothing on the site creates a clinic, pharmacy, prescriber, payer, or patient relationship.
2. Not medical or emergency services
Content is general business information—not medical, legal, pharmacy, insurance, or financial advice. Presendia Health does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, dispense, transmit prescriptions, or provide emergency services. Contact a licensed professional for care and call 911 for an emergency.
3. Acceptable use
You must not submit PHI, prescriptions, controlled-substance information, payment-card data, unlawful material, malicious code, misleading applications, or another person’s information without authority. You must not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site abusively, or impersonate another person or organization.
4. Applications and communications
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, participation, referrals, savings, exclusivity, coverage, or commercial availability. You authorize us to contact you about the inquiry using the information you provide. Separate written agreements will govern any formal pilot or service.
5. Intellectual property and feedback
The Presendia Health name, branding, site design, copy, and service concepts are protected to the extent provided by law. You may not use them without written permission. If you voluntarily provide general feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
6. Third-party services
Links and service providers may be operated by third parties under their own terms. Presendia Health is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Presendia Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue will lie in an appropriate court serving Washington County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
