Questions answered
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about the Presendia Health founding network, current limitations, and planned access.
What is Presendia Health?
Presendia Health is developing a clearer, more accountable prescription communication workflow connecting clinics, pharmacies, and patients. The current website is for discovery and founding-network recruitment only.
Who can join the founding network?
Independent and community pharmacies may request free founding-network access. Clinics may join the coverage waitlist. Adult patient-interest participants and strategic partners may also register general interest.
Does it cost a pharmacy to join?
There is no setup fee or monthly charge to submit a pharmacy founding-network application or participate in discovery. Future software or commercial services will require separate written pricing and agreement before any charge begins.
Where will Presendia Health begin?
The initial pharmacy-first discovery markets are the Johnson City, Tennessee area and Floyd County, Kentucky. Clinical activation is not yet authorized in either market.
Can I submit a prescription or patient information?
No. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medications, prescriptions, diagnoses, insurance details, payment information, or other protected health information through this website.
Is Presendia Health providing medical or pharmacy services?
No. Presendia Health is not currently a pharmacy, prescriber, medical provider, prescription-transmission service, payment processor, or emergency service.
When will Network Access open?
Access will open in controlled phases after organization verification, role-based permissions, MFA, audit logging, required agreements, security testing, and legal and professional review are complete.
How will clinics and pharmacies be verified?
The planned process includes confirming an organization and authorized representative before account activation. Final verification requirements will be established through the legal, pharmacy, privacy, and security review.
Will patients be able to track medication status?
That is a planned capability, not a current service. It will remain disabled until patient identity, consent, privacy, pharmacy controls, security, and applicable legal requirements are completed.
How do I contact Presendia Health?
General questions may be sent to info@presendiahealth.com. Support questions may be sent to support@presendiahealth.com, and privacy or security concerns to privacy@presendiahealth.com. Do not email patient or medical information.
